We source our Wagyu from two farms in Wales, Ifor at Upper Bryn in Abermule and Dylan at Fron Farm in North Wales.

Ifor farms his Wagyu at Abermule in the hills of Montgomeryshire, such a beautiful part of Wales.
He has farmed all his life and is very passionate about the Wagyu breed, he is very attentive to his animals.
The cows get a daily drink of beer from the local Monty’s brewery and love a good rub down.
It is a pleasure working with Ifor whose animal husbandry is second to non.
He always welcomes Chefs who love to visit him and takes them around the farm and finishes with one of Eira’s legendry Welsh Cakes made with Wagyu fat.  Eira and Ifor have become part of the family over the years and his Wagyu is a stand out product in the Wagyu world.

We also receive Wagyu from a lovely farmer in North Wales called Dylan at Fron Farm when Ifor doesn’t have enough animals to supply us.
Fron Farm has been in the family for many generations, Dylan is passionate about farming, especially the Wagyu Beef.
This is a family run farm with his wife Ceri and son.
