As a small business we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs.  Rather than hiding them in the price of our products, we instead ask for the above contribution towards our deliveries.

When you place your order online, you will receive an automated message confirming the order and payment. You will then receive an email from Diane with a suggested delivery date, delivery is usually within 72 hours of placing the order but this does depend on our stock levels.

We are more than happy to have that discussion with you and pride ourselves on our personal service, for which we are often highly commended.

* Unfortunately we have to pass on a small additional amount charged by our courier for certain Scottish postcodes, which will show at the checkout stage of your order but will not exceed a total cost of £15.00 for a weekday delivery.

We do recommend that if you have a specific date in mind for your delivery, you mention this at the end of your order in ” Order Notes”.

We send some of our products freshly fozen, this is so we can keep a stock  but we do also send out chilled too.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee in hot weather that the product will hold in its frozen condition although we pack our products very well with chilled packaging and ice packs.

It is not necessary for you to be in to sign for the box, as long as there is somewhere safe that we can leave your goods, if you have a specific place for your parcel to be left you can communicate with APC.

We send all our parcels with APC Overnight who will send you a ‘delivery timeslot’ via text or email when your order has been dispatched.

APC are the UK’s largest parcel delivery network with over 100 independent, entrepreneurial delivery and collection specialists.

They have been providing excellent service since 1994.

Complaints Procedure: Please note that although we are happy to report that complaints are few and far between, where a product has been found to yield unsatisfactory results we feel it is fair to ask for photographic evidence of the problem. This is quite a simple procedure with today’s technology and mobile phones, and we are happy to provide a mobile phone number where the photographs can be simply forwarded. Thank you.
