We dry cure and smoke our bacon here at Alternative Meats and have to say we are very proud of our results.

Our award winning bacon has become well known to both home consumers and Chefs who absolutely love it!

The Mangalitza bacon is truly special ….. we like to call it ‘Adult Bacon’.

We are always experimenting with different flavours like Treacle Cure or Double Smoked so keep an eye out for these limited editions.

Don’t even get me started on the Black Pudding with Mangalitza Fat …. it’s insanely good!
