We use an overnight courier to bring your products to your door ... They leave here in the early evening and arrive with you on a guaranteed before noon delivery the next morning.
We should point out however that we cannot guarantee dispatching an order placed on the same day (although we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests). The products are transported in an insulated (polystyrene) box, carefully packed by hand with ice packs which help to keep the products down to the correct temperature.
Most of our products are delivered frozen, although occasionally we do send fresh products by the same method - you will be advised if this is the case. Where possible we will aim for a morning delivery, but unfortunately cannot always guarantee this for orders from Scotland. It is not necessary for you to be in to sign for the box, as long as there is somewhere safe that we can leave your goods - we can give the courier instructions, such as "Leave in garden shed" or "Please leave in porch". We can also arrange for the delivery to be delivered to another address, such as your workplace or a friendly neighbour.
When you place your order online, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order and then following that we will get in touch with you either by phone or email to advise a suggested date for delivery. This is usually within 72 hours of placing the order, dependant on stock, but we are more than happy to have that discussion with you and pride ourselves on our personal service, for which we are often highly commended.
