We have been butchering these lovely piggies in the style of a beef animal due to their immense size and muscle formation, but having recently been
asked if chops were a possibility, we decided to experiment and the results are stunning. You can griddle or grill your chop, or cook it in the oven and collect the fat and re-use it for yummy roasted vegetables.
