Rose Veal Escallops (two) Min. 340g


This thinly sliced cut of veal is used in the well known escallop recipe – Wiener Schnitzel.
Delicious served with a creamy garlic sauce or a tomato based sauce.
Although these are pre-tenderised although you may want to ‘bash’ them out a little more at home to achieve a thin, tender escallop.
