Available in three sizes, you can serve 3 – 4 people with this 1kg joint, and we would recommend 25 minutes per 1lb cooking time (500g) with a good 15 minute resting time before slicing. Serve with roasted potatoes and parsnips using our delicious Wagyu Fat for that Michelin Star touch!
