Mangalitza Pork Jowl with Oyster Cheek Min. 500g+


These are now making an appearance on the website as we have been supplying these to our Chefs and thought they would be an interesting cut for our home Chefs too.
These still have the Oyster attached but all the glands removed so good to go. Great for low and slow cooking to allow the fat to render down, cutting your own lardons to flavour dishes or curing and smoking.
