Our Black Pudding is filled with delicious Mangalitza Fat giving this an extra depth of flavour which makes it rather special and utterly delicious.
When we portion the puddings we produce smaller pieces that will not make it into our normal packs but are too tasty to waste.
These are great for adding to recipes, crumbled for toppings or just great in bacon butty!
