GRASS FED CHESHIRE WAGYU BEEF

Egerton Farm is nestled in the beautiful Cheshire countryside and owned and farmed by Stuart and Clare. It is a third generation dairy farm which also runs a beef herd and a successful Airbnb whose guests love to see the Wagyu grazing in the fields and stay on a working farm.
The decision to breed and rear Wagyu was made by Beth in 2018, she is the the fourth generation on the farm. Beth had the idea to put some of the dairy cows in calf to Wagyu as a means of diversification.
All the animals on the farm have been fed a sustainable grass fed diet and stay in the fields all year round which really shows in the tasting of the Wagyu. We dry age for a minimum of 21 days which gives the meat an added depth of flavour.
Supporting small scale farmers has always been our mission and Egerton Farm certainly does impress with the quality of their Wagyu.
