Rose Veal Shank on the Bone Min. 1kg

This is a slightly smaller piece of veal shank more suitable for say, 4 – 6 guests, although you should take the bone marrow into account. A slow braise again, will produce amazing results, and we would recommend that you use an Osso Bucco recipe as this is from where those lovely leg steaks are taken.
