Suckling Pigs

Our Rare Breed Suckling Pigs come from local farmers but we only like to take a whole litter at a time and never just pluck a few out of the litter.  We then butcher and freeze them down straight away to lock in that wonderful taste.
Please do bear in mind that you need to allow time for these to defrost before cooking and a whole pig can take at least 48 hours to defrost.
They are succulent with the most wonderful texture and taste, the crackling is almost glass like and very moreish that you may not want to share!
