Black Pudding with Mangalitza Pork Fat Min. 300g

Our Black Pudding is filled with tasty nuggets of Mangalitza Fat giving this an extra depth of flavour which makes it rather special and utterly delicious.

Hand made exclusively for us by a local artisan using our own Mangalitza fat in a traditional tray bake.  This is baked rather than boiled producing a drier texture with a fuller flavour.
