PIES ARE BACK IN TOWN
We have been working with Chef Dan our new piemaker over several months creating our new Welsh Wagyu Beef Pie with Shropshire Blue Cheese. Taste testing several variations until we came up with the one!
These are beefy, generous, rich and packed to the brim with our lovely tender Wagyu shin and chuck and Shropshire Blue Cheese with an unctuous gravy adding a level of indulgence. Encased in a golden crust pastry that will leave you wanting more.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre Heat Oven to 180C fan.
Remove from freezer and bag 10 minutes before cooking.
Egg wash and place on a baking tray (keep in foil case) and place in the oven for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Make sure it’s piping hot throughout before eating.
