Welsh Wagyu Beef Liver Min. 250g

After repeated requests for Ox Liver, we have now created a 250g pack of our lovely Welsh Wagyu Beef Liver, pre-sliced.
It is, not surprisingly creamy and rich, and makes a wonderful paté, or can be lightly pan fried for recipes such as Liver Stroganoff ( a simple dish with mushrooms, garlic and sour cream).
