Welsh Wagyu Beef Silverside Roast Min. 1kg


This is an old fashioned joint taken from the hindquarter,  it is a cut of meat that has very little marbling of fat and a wide-grained texture. It gets its name from the shiny silvery membrane covering its internal surface.
Economical and excellent for slow roasting to blushing pink.
