Rare Breed Pork Dry Cure Large Loin Bacon – Min. 500g

We have had a couple of lovely large Rare Breed Pigs land on our doorstep so thought we would make some mega Loin Bacon.
These rashers are big with an amazing layer of tasty fat.
We have sliced them thick for maximum taste and packed them in half a kilo packs,  perfect for the ultimate ‘Bacon Butty’!
