Welsh Mountain Mutton - 21 Day Dry Aged

Welsh Mountain Sheep are a hardy breed.  They are sure footed and perfectly adapted to survive on the Welsh Mountains all year round.

They spend their lives happily grazing the hill tops on all the delicious heather, herbs, wild grasses and flora which is the perfect recipe for a tasty meat.

Mutton is sheep that are traditionally over 2 years old.

We have dry aged our Mutton for 21 days which produces a richer, firmer meat that is so delicious and has a wonderful depth of flavour.
