Adam Banniister and Chris Harris - Co-Owners of Slice, Swansea



Adam and Chris have been cooking together since they left College - and together they conceived the idea of Slice Restaurant in Swansea back in 2014. Since then, Slice has gained entry to the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide.





In 2015 Adam won the Welsh title on the BBC's Great British Menu which is when we first paired up our products with these talented chefs ... and they have consistently found fantastic ways to serve both our Welsh Wagyu Sirloin and Mangatitza Pork on their menus.

The Restaurant is quite small, seating 16, but you can assured of an exceptional eating experience in a lovely relaxed atmosphere - one food critic, Welsh Cakes and Wellies,  has written on their blog: "Despite our high expectations, Slice exceeded on every level, from food to service. There was only one waitress serving and yet she catered for our every whim effortlessly managing all tables. The food, was exactly as I like it, packed with flavour but in no way overly pretentious or fussy. I certainly can’t wait to go back......"

The Michelin Guide certainly has some very lovey things to say about these two talented friends, who have created a very special destination restaurant in Swansea.- you may have to give notice to book a table!
