Only three centuries ago Wild Boar could be found roaming freely in the English countryside. Their deliciously rich meat was highly prized and they were hunted to extinction by the aristocracy. We have now obtained the same Eastern European Boar through our supplier in Holland who source their Wild Boar in Poland.
