Just ask Grandma ......So "Offal" is no longer in vogue .... at least not in the Supermarket. Well, our customers know much better and we are constantly asked for this delicious option - so much so that we have decided to create a whole new section dedicated to the "5th Quarter" ..... Our offal is mainly from our Rosé Veal calves, but also from lamb, mutton and goat and even venison.
