| Mixed Peppercorns, Sea Salt and Garlic 160gFBSPSSG |

| Our first thought with this butter was Rosé Veal - and wow, we were so right! Delicious and not at all overpowering. We think this would also be good simply stirred into tagliatelle.

| Red Chilli and Garlic 160gFBRCG |

| We actually had a tip from Harvest Store, a great farm shop in Middlewich, Cheshire that we supply, where Graham had experimented with Crocodile Cutlets and this particular flavoured butter - with stunning results.
| Basil, Parsley and Chive 160gFBBPC |
£3.35 |
| The gentle herbs come through this butter really nicely, it is not at all competitive in taste when accompanying any of our meats, but we thought it went particularly nicely with Rose Veal and Wild Boar.
| Sun Dried Tomato, Black Olive and Parmesan 160gFBSTBOP |
£3.35 |
| This butter was the first we tried with Ostrich Fillets and it was just divine. The combination of flavours is perfect and tastes wonderful, melted over a hot steak.
| Smoked Garlic and Paprika 160gFBSGP |
£3.35 |
| Smoked garlic is such a distinctive flavour that we wondered what to put with this particular butter - but it seemed to add something to every meat we put it with - so experiment !!!
| Seed Mustard and Honey 160gFBSMH |

| The mention of honey and mustard always makes us think of rib-eye steaks - it's one of our favourite simply grills and this butter will work brilliantly with any sort of rib-eye.
| Lime, Ginger and Coriander 160gFBLGC |
£3.35 |
| Being completely honest, this is one of our favourites. It works wonderfully with Crocodile, but is equally delicious on a Beef steak or with Lamb, Ostrich and Kangaroo.
| Stilton and Toasted Walnut 160gFBSTW |

| Who could resist this combination? We even imagined this spread on a piece of hot toast, it was so delicious! Great with a fillet steak too.
